The only things you will need on picture day are your athlete and any equipment you would like to use in your photo (bats, gloves, sticks, etc.) Each player will given a ‘Photo Ticket’ when checking in that they will hand to the photographer when they have their photo taken.
If you play or coach for multiple teams be sure to bring your jersey for each. You will need to have a separate photo taken for each team. Be sure to tell the SNAP! check-in representative that you play or coach for more than one team.

If you are unable to make your teams scheduled photo time we are happy accommodate you any point during the photo day. Simply come to our check-in table and let us know your name and team name and we’ll get you through right away.
If you cannot make it to picture day at all, please contact us and we would be happy to help schedule make-up at our studio or another local photo shoot.

Yes, each coach will need to have a photo taken individually so they can be included in the team photo.
As a special thank you to all coaches we are also happy to snap a photo of you and your athlete together! This photo will be available to you as a free download when the galleries are posted. We ask that you please stand in line with your child so that we can take your photo together right after their individual photo.

All preordered photos will be delivered back to the organization or mailed out to your home within 4 weeks. If you do not receive your order within that time frame, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

The online prepay store closes on picture day at midnight. If you wish to order photos after that, we ask that you wait until the online proofing gallery is available. Approximately 2 weeks after photo day you should receive a link to your child’s online gallery where you may place orders.
Please note, if we don’t have your email you will not receive this link automatically. Please contact us here and we will be glad to assist you.

After picture day, it will take approximately 2 weeks for the online gallery to be posted. To view your child’s photos once the gallery is available, go to our website (shop.snapactionpix.com) and enter in your child’s access code. This should be emailed to you if an email was provided.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us here or call 215-256-9151 during our business hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Please be prepared to provide: your league/organization, your player’s name, and a quick description of the issue.

You may certainly have your children photographed together. We call these ‘Buddy Photos’. Once the pictures are uploaded into the online gallery, you will be able to view and place any orders you may want for that photo.

Each athlete has a personalized access code that will open their online gallery. If you do not have the access code, please contact us! We will be asking for the league/organization you are with, and your child’s name.

If you would like this photo taken be sure to mention it to any SNAP Photo staff member at photo day.
In addition to this free digital download all coaches will receive a free 5x7 team photo.*
*If your organization is having us mail photo packages to player homes we will instead provide coaches with a free digital download of the team photo.
